Welcome to “Arti Kumar Makeover”! By booking our makeover services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any booking.

Booking and Payment

Advance Payment: To confirm your appointment, full payment for the selected makeover services must be made in advance. Bookings are only considered confirmed once the payment has been successfully processed. Payments can be made via credit/debit card or approved digital payment platforms.
Payment Confirmation: After receiving full payment, we will send an appointment confirmation via email or phone, including the service details and appointment time.
Refunds on Payment: All advance payments are non-refundable unless specified in Section (Cancellation & Rescheduling).

Consultation

Initial Consultation: An initial consultation is mandatory and must be conducted over the phone before the appointment. This allows us to discuss your preferences, understand your skin and hair type, and address any concerns or allergies.
Client's Responsibility: It is the client's responsibility to provide accurate information about any allergies, skin conditions, or health issues during the phone consultation. Failure to do so may result in adverse reactions, for which “Arti Kumar Makeover” is not liable.
Consultation Fee: The phone consultation is complimentary as part of the booking process.

Makeover Services

Service Limitations: Our services are provided based on the package selected during booking. Any additional services requested on the day of the appointment will incur extra charges, which must be paid for immediately.
Customization: While we strive to meet each client's desired look, the final outcome may vary based on individual skin and hair conditions, product reactions, and other factors.
Use of Products: We use high-quality cosmetic and skincare products. However, “Arti Kumar Makeover” is not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from product use if full information on allergies or sensitivities was not provided by the client in advance.
Service Refusal: “Arti Kumar Makeover” reserves the right to refuse services if it is deemed that the client's request is unsafe or unsuitable.

Liability

Safety and Hygiene: “Arti Kumar Makeover” follows strict safety and hygiene standards to ensure a safe environment for clients. Clients are encouraged to inform the makeup artist immediately if they experience any discomfort during the service.
Damage and Injury: We are not responsible for any injuries, skin reactions, or damage to clothing, jewelry, or accessories that may occur during the makeover process.
Results: Results may vary from client to client. While we aim to provide the best possible outcome, “Arti Kumar Makeover” does not guarantee that the final result will exactly match reference images or expectations.

Photography and Marketing

Photography: With the client’s consent, we may take photographs of the makeover process and final look for promotional use on our website and social media platforms.
Client's Rights: Clients may request not to have their photographs taken or used for promotional purposes by notifying us in writing before the appointment.

Confidentiality

Client Information: All personal information collected during the booking and consultation process will be kept confidential and used solely for providing services.
Data Protection: “Arti Kumar Makeover” adheres to applicable data protection laws in India to safeguard the client's information.

Force Majeure

Unforeseen Circumstances: “Arti Kumar Makeover” is not liable for cancellations or delays in service caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions. In such cases, clients will be notified, and cancelation or rescheduling options will be provided.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Changes: “Arti Kumar Makeover” reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes prior to their scheduled appointment.

By booking a makeover with “Arti Kumar Makeover”, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
