Refund Policy

Inability to Provide Service: If "Arti Kumar Makeover" is unable to provide the service as scheduled and no alternative arrangements can be agreed upon, the full payment will be refunded.

Approved Cancellation: If a cancellation request is approved, the full payment will be refunded.

Rejected Cancellation: If a cancellation request is rejected, the full payment will be forfeited.

No-Show: If the client fails to show up for the appointment, the full payment will be forfeited.

Rejected Rescheduling: If a rescheduling request is rejected, the services will be provided as originally scheduled. If the client fails to attend the appointment, the full payment will be forfeited.
